About Zarana Mehta
Zarana Mehta is a dedicated Physiotherapist Resident registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta. With a passionate commitment to patient wellness, Zarana brings warmth, energy, and rigorous clinical attention to every treatment session.
Her practice focuses on helping patients overcome daily functional barriers resulting from desk work, age-related mobility decline, post-fracture recovery, or motor vehicle collisions. She utilizes gentle joint mobilization, soft tissue techniques, and personalized exercise progressions that patients can easily incorporate into their lifestyles.
Zarana believes strongly in root-cause healthcare: taking the extra time to explain anatomy and diagnoses so patients understand the 'why' behind their treatment plan and feel in control of their healing.
Clinical Approach & Philosophy
“I strive to make physical therapy an uplifting, empowering experience. When patients understand their bodies and see steady progress, they regain full confidence in their movement.”
